1. Availability - I am putting some of the items on other sites too. In the event where the requested design is not available buyer will be notified. 
2. Reservation - No reservation. Orders are served on first pay first serve basis.
3. Quality - All items are checked to be in good condition prior shipment. Damage caused during the delivery is not beared by seller.
4. Order - By submitting the order form, buyer is agreeing to pay for the total price of purchase and understand the T&C.
5. Total price of purchase will need to include postage cost as below (unless stated otherwise):
• EM  - RM 4.00 (registered post)
• WM- RM 5.00 (registered post)
• Other locations - pls enquire.
